Lumina runs its own NHS claims service and tooling inside Core. Your treatment plans and completed sessions are prepared into claims for you, checked, submitted, then tracked and managed until they are resolved. NHS England support is in NHS BSA approval testing, with test claims submitted in July 2026. Wales is in progress, and the rest of the UK is on an open roadmap.
NHS claims · Maple Street Dental Claims are not a separate back office. They are prepared from the clinical work your team already records, then tracked like everything else in Lumina.
We build and run the claims tooling ourselves, inside the same platform as the diary, the record and the ledger. That is what lets Lumina prepare claims for you, and what gives your team a clear route to fix anything that gets stuck.
